In the previous lesson we cleaned up the data we’ve been collecting. Now the question is: what can we do with it? Look at this table. It was created from the over 65,000 rows of data in the movie rating dataset we saw a few lessons ago….
Women | Men | |||
---|---|---|---|---|
Number | Avg. Rating | Number | Avg Rating | |
All Movies | 16,716 | 3.54 | 48,819 | 3.53 |
Star Wars | 102 | 4.23 | 284 | 4.37 |
Abyss, The | 20 | 4.00 | 82 | 3.55 |
I think it would take about 24 hours to create this table.
ReplyDeleteIt didn't take that long because all they had to to was compress it and use certain rows and also to avergae all the data this could've taken 2-4 hours.
ReplyDeleteI think it would approximately take them a little less than a day. They can just filter it to a specific standard and it sets it.
ReplyDeleteI think it would take no more than a day because they can filter the standards to suit it.
ReplyDeleteThe process of calculating the values in this table from the raw dataset of 65,000 row would take approximately 18 hours or almost an entire 24 hours.
ReplyDeleteI don't think this will take more than 12 hours because the data is organized
